Allah SWT said to his messenger Prophet Muhammad PBUH:

“And say to my slaves (believers) that they should only say those words that are the best in which no one’s heart is hurt. Because Satan, verily, provokes discord among them. Surely, Satan is to man an open enemy. ”                                –  Al-Isra 17:53

  1. Nusrat, I’ve been SO remiss at not commenting on your lovely posts lately due to unprecedented family obligations this year. (But, I’ve been in lurking mode, bwahahaha!) Your photos and thoughts send me into culinary bliss every time, xo. It was interesting to read your perspectives and shared wisdom on good vs. evil — sounds as though our spiritual mentors advise the same thing as far as Satan and “speaking” — as the ol’ adage goes: “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all!” (Or as my elders advised: “Don’t talk with your mouth full”… your salad should do the trick… it sounds scrumptious!)

    • Thank you for sharing your thoughts and view, dear Poetess! I adore your BEAUTIFUL presence on my humble blog and I love receiving your lovely words. Hope life is treating you nice ‘n kind. Hugs ❤

  2. Wonderful post. LOVE your pictures. Really nice recipe, too — thanks.

  3. Yes, the tongue is one of our worst enemies. If we don’t learn to control it, it can wreck lives… 😦 JazakAllah Khair for the timely reminder… The pictures are really beautiful… and I love salads with cherry tomato…
